  • Can I test a mouthpiece before buying?

Yes, you can. You are welcome to bring your instrument and play test on any of our listed mouthpieces. Please get in touch to arrange an appointment and to ensure we have a selection in stock that you may require.

  • Can I test an instrument before buying?

​

We build a small number of instruments per year, and this may mean that the Instrument you wish to test isn't in stock at that given time. Please get in touch and we can help arrange a time that may be suitable. Going forward we aim to have several play testing models available prior to purchase for those able to visit the workshop.

  • How Do I Place An Order?

 

Head over to the 'Mouthpieces' page, browse through the various Mouthpieces sections and find the item you wish to purchase. Then simply follow the cart to the secure payment system!

Currently the only place you can find and purchase Robinson Brass Instruments & Mouthpieces is right here on our website store. If you are a business and wish to stock our products please get in touch to discuss.

  • Can I visit Robinson Brass and discuss my needs?

Yes, via appointment only, you can arrange to visit the workshop to discuss your requirements further. Please email to discuss.

 

  • Shipping

 

We are based in Yeovil, Somerset, England, UK.

All UK mainland orders are shipped via a 1st class service where possible and we aim to ship within 1 working day of the order being placed (for items in stock, Orders after 5pm may take an additional day prior to shipping). Instruments may take slightly longer due to careful packing and safe arrangements via courier.

Orders from outside of the UK should select the shipping option that is most suitable during checkout or get in touch first.

 

  • ​Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

Our online shop/payment system is secure and we accept most major credit cards to complete your purchase, Paypal is not currently an option however this will be updated soon.

  • Returns & Refunds

 

If your item arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied please get in contact as soon as you receive the item. In most cases we would like to see a photo of the damage/complaint so that we can best deal with the problem appropriately and in a timely manner.

Unless stated otherwise, most items are not suitable for general refund once used. If you'd like to try an item before buying, why not get in touch and visit the workshop?
